Questions

Before you start.

Which country should I set up in?

It depends on where your customers, investors and team are. On the free call we compare the options and recommend one, or a structure across several.

Do I need to be in the country to set up?

Usually not. Most steps can be done remotely with digitally signed documents. Some banks may ask for a video call or a visit.

Do I need a resident director?

India needs at least one director resident in India, and Singapore needs a locally resident director. The UAE, UK and US do not. If you don't have one, we explain the options on the call.

What if the name is rejected?

We check availability before we apply and file with two options. If the registrar still objects, we resubmit with a new name at no extra fee.

What happens after the company is set up?

We can keep your books and filings running from day one through our Compliance and Virtual CFO services, so year one runs smoothly.
